Ezine Articles Support Team Is Getting Worst Every Day And This Situation Is Pissing Me Off

I am the kind of guy, who does not like to complain when things happen to my campaigns. I always try to find out the main reason behind all my problems. But tonight, I decided to write this post is because the Ezine Articles customer support is acting very stupid, very selfish and their behaviour is just pissing me off right now. In July 3,2008, I signed into my EA account and this following message was waiting for me

Your account has been suspended from future submissions. This means you will not be able to submit any new articles until your account is restored to good-standing.

Please contact us with any questions.

I must say that I was shocked, because I know that I haven’t done anything wrong to deserve that suspension. Anyway, I decided to send them a ticket in that same day, because I wanted to know why my account has been suspended.

Their autoresponder system sent me a message that stated this following message

Hi,

Thank you for contacting EzineArticles.com's support team.

Every email is human reviewed and our normal response time is within
48 business hours, Monday thru Friday.

On the following day, July 4, 2008, I did not receive any response back because it was a day off for the people who lives in the U.S. I did understand that and decided to wait a little bit more. On Monday, I still did not get anything from them again, so I decided to send them another ticket and I got the same damn following message from their autoresponder system

Hi,

So, here I am now Wednesday night, 10: 12 Pm, still waiting to get a message from them. The funny thing is EA did not just suspend my account, but they also shut down all my articles. My account has been down for 6 days now, I am still waiting for a response from them and my traffic is not looking good at all. So, pardon me for my offensive language but I must say and ask What the fuck is wrong with Ezine Articles? How Long do I need to wait to get a response from them?

I cannot believe that a bunch people are getting pay to sit in front of a computer but they are too lazy to open a fucking ticket. And trust me, when I sent them these two messages, I was kind enough to them. So, of course I do expect to get a response back.

First Email that I sent:

So how much do they expect me to do? Do I need to start kissing some asses to get a fucking answer from them or what. Ezine Articles is getting too powerful and they are taking advantage of this. Google like them, so they don’t give a shit about you or me.

This shit pissed me off so bad, I decided to start looking for some alternative article directories out there and I did find quite a few. So guys, don’t put all your fruits in just one basket, do not waste all your time in EA.

Well, Megarudy.. I have experienced this quite enough in past companies, although not with EA but it’s the same situation. I just had a situation with scriplance.com .. a month ago.. when they shut down my account for saying I didn’t pay a member.. When if they could have look at my feedback left by the member, they would have seen that I have paid the member. Sometimes things get overlook, sometime it’s negligence.. and sometimes companies get to big for their own good. One thing is for sure.. It’s always going to happen in some form or another. It’s the nature of our business. You have to take the good and the bad..
I know you was a bit more relax a couple of days ago when you saw your CB check.. so relax.. live and learn..

Pretty much amazing Stan.I believe that those systems or companies are just getting too big, so it does not really matter what happen to one of their member, because when they lose one, they got hundred back…..

The problem is endemic throughout the industry… Ezine Articles, or whoever, begins to feel that their s**t doesn’t stink, and that they can start dictating the smallest details to us, keeping us continually on our toes (AdWords sound familiar?). And then people get so sick of it, they start flocking away. I don’t see it happening with AdWords ever…but can see it with Ezine.

I agree with you 100%… they keeping forgetting that’s its the publishers hard work that allows them to earn all that adsence money that the are raking in everyday.. same goes for squidoo too.

had 4 articles approved yesterday (80 in total) , logged in today and get the “Your account has been suspended from future submissions” message… why can’t they just email and say what’s wrong instead of asking us to “contact them”… Grrrr!

Jackie, this is Ezine Article my friend…..you better get in touch with them as soon as possible and find out what’s going on.

If you have published any duplicate content in your article, your account will be suspended my friend. So double check this and I hope that everything will get back to normal for you.
